2. Quotes and scope

Projects start from £499. We first build a working demo or preview at no cost and with no obligation to proceed. Every project is confirmed by a written quote setting out the pages, features and integrations included. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

3. Payment

No upfront deposit is required. You only pay if you are happy with the working demo or preview and choose to proceed. Once you approve the work and payment is received, we connect the website to your domain and launch it. Monthly Website Care is billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

4. Your responsibilities

• Providing content, images and access in a timely manner.
• Confirming you hold the rights to any material you supply.
• Reviewing and approving work at agreed stages.

5. Ownership

On final payment, ownership of the delivered website and its content transfers to you. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own licences.

6. Results

We apply recognised design, technical SEO and conversion practices. We cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels or sales outcomes.

7. Liability
